The Low Anthem is a folk/music duo from Providence, RI that has toured nationally to great acclaim. Steeped in the traditions of Americana, yet daring in their approach to lyrics, forms and textures, The Low Anthem has left many a listener fulfilled with it’s unique sound. I’s membership include a jazz bassist from Jersey, a folk singer/writer from New York’s Hudson Valley, and a bluesman from Blueridge Mountain rural Virginia.
